Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at assistant@brittanymorton.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace your item or issue a refund.

Because our journals are printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse

• Ordering the wrong item

If your item is returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
